Refund policy

Regular policy: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn, free of odor, tags are attached, and receipt/order number is provided. Items marked "clearance", "final sale", or discounted more than 30% are not eligible for returns. Undergarments, Ambre Blends, upcycled items, and bath/body/cosmetics are final sale. Management reserves the right to refuse returns.
